Tourist Visa:

1. Valid passport last 6 months,

2. One visa application form,

3. Three photographs 35mm x45mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,

4. Foreign exchange or International credit card,

5. Covering letter on business letterhead OR Leave letter from the company,

6. Hotel confirmation and Return ticket,

7. Medical in original consists of three test i.e. A) Hepatitis B & C, B) Tuberculosis, HIV 1 & 2 from any of the doctors (There are no panel of doctor for this test) 

8. 07 digit approval number from Iran immigration in Iran.

Business Visa:

1. Valid passport last 6 months,

2. One typed visa application form,

3. One typed business consent form,

4. Three photographs 35 x 45 mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,

5. Covering letter on Company letterhead,

6. 07 digit approval number from Iran immigration in Iran,

7. Original Chamber of commerce letter,

8. Medical in original consists of three test i.e.: Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis, HIV 1 & 2 from any of the doctors (There are no panel of doctor for this test).
